I have a Panisonic surround sound system(model #SB-WA350)that has a subwoofer that plugs into the wall for power. It also has a cord that I'm trying to find so I can buy a replacement. The one end that plugs into the subwoofer needs to be the male part of at least a 15 pin plug. The other end goes to a receiver(I believe any receiver)should have a A/V RCA plug. Does anyone know where I can find this cord at at a resonable price?

That model # is only for the sub, not the system. The cable you are probably looking for is this K1HA25HA0001 That cable does not go to an RCA plug, it connects to the same type of plug on the main system box.
