yes i know that. I am going to buy Sony 7506 for over the ear. But I also need in ear because of school, it is hard to carry around over the ears all the time.

Shure E500 series is a good choice i had a pair of them for flying. They were phenominal at sealing out the ambient noise. Klipsch makes some fairly good buds. Sennheiser also makes a few. Pick your budget, pick a good brand.
