Which versoion of Linux OS is compactiabel to i3 processer.

Latest version of Ubuntu 10.4 LTS will support the majority of the hardware that comes with i3 CPU laptops.
There are other flavors of Linux that should also support i3 CPU laptops. It's not so much about supporting the CPU - but supporting all hardware inside a laptop.
