Solved! How to get rid of The CRAPWARE

About to get a beautifull lenovo y560 in the mail.....but I'm dreading all the crapware that will be on it when i get it(lenovo is famous for thier crapware)....anyone have any ideas or tips to get rid of the crap?
PS: MY models has some kind of enhanced storage..something like "rapid file"..or rapid something....an that is my main concerned when i wipe my system.....REALLY don't want to lose that capability

What I usually do is simply take all of the crapware off via the control panel instead of a complete wipe. However, if it comes with a CD/DVD for the programs that you want, i.e. the rapid file thingy, you can go ahead and just do a complete wipe and re-install what you want after the fact.
