Solved! How to fix my computer when it shuts down after overheating

Hello,
I have a 2006 AcerAspire 5315 laptop. I bought at a pawn shop. My battery seems to not last very long and then when i try to run it off the charger, it overheats and shuts down automatically. It feels very hot on the bottum, what should i do, i really like this computer.

The best you can do for overheating issues would be to ensure that the air release slots are clean of debris (buy a can of air), may be look into a notebook cooler, and when using it, ensure that it is on a flat hard surface.
