How many ampere is AC adapter for creative soundworks sp-csw100

Hello,

I have very old creative cambridge soundworks sp-csw100 2.1 speakers. I have lost its AC adapter. It is written that it needs 12v adapter. But the shopkeeper is asking me what is ampere of the adapter. Ca somebody please tell me?

Have you tried google? Your instruction manual almost always contains that sort of information.

I was able to find the user manual (http/download.cambridgesoundworks.com/manuals/pcworks.pdf). But it did contain info on amperage. It just says 12V. Also I was able to find that speakers are better known as "Cambridge soundworks pc works".

Hi Maninder,

I have those speakers.I dunno what you are looking for in amperes.I am writing down all thats written on the adapter cover for u.so that u can get the correct one.


Model :TEAD-57-121500v
P R I. : 230 v~50Hz 164 mA
SEC : 12v -1.5 A 18VA.

there are two amperes in this.I hope this is useful to you.
