Budget speaker buying help

i have a budget of rs4500($90)(maximum)
i want to buy a good speaker system for my pc
main use: music and movies
sound card: NO (only inbuilt sound card)

Try to find a set of Klipsch Promedia 2.1, they're incredible little speakers. They retail for 150, but i've seen them just shy of a hundred bucks.

i've never actually heard them, but i'm a bit biased against sony speakers, i've never heard a pair i liked.
