Tv through stereo speakers feddback problem

We recently got a Hair 40" flat screem TV and have hook our speaker system to it. The speakers hum when the volume is turned up. The speakers did not hum on the old TV. One of the speakers sits within 2 feet of the TV (could there be an interference problem). There are also a lot of components hooked together in the TV and speaker system (including 2 DVD players and an old tape deck the goes with the stereo). I know I am being quite veuge but I really dont know much about this stuff. Any suggestions would be helpful.

You have a ground loop.
Use a Cable TV isolation transformer.
VSIS-EU Cable TV Ground Loop Isolator
It's not feedback, it's 60 cycle hum.
