Integrated Graphic card and 1920x1080 monitor

Hi, guys,

I plan on getting a laptop with an integrated graphics card, like Intel 4500 and connecting it to my 1920x1080 monitor via HDMI. I would like to know whether Windows 7 Aero and HD movies will work fine on such resolution with an integrated card. No gaming intended.

Intel 4500? as in 4500MHD? or GMA 4500M?
The 4500MHD has integrated HD video-decoding functions to help CPU and in most cases can give smooth HD video playback 1080 including Blu-Ray.
