my toshiba hd tv model no40xf355d has a line down each side of the picture about 100mm in with a brighter colour at the sides ive tried adjusting all picture settings but no luck is this a common fault that can be sorted or is my tv on its way out it is connected to a sky hd box and is about 4 years old .

have you bought it new or used? usually its a common problem specially with the new tvs. can you post a picture ?
