Which one is better?

i want buy a notebook, but i have a problem which one i should choose betwen this 2 notebooks
The notebook that i want to buy is betwen MSI MegaBook CX420 and ACER Aspire 4740G-432G50Mn.

The little specification that notebooks are:

This is very confusing which one shall 1 choose?

Are you looking for a gaming notebook? Both will be very weak playing modern games.

For a general purpose and entertainment notebook I'd choose ACER/i5-430M/500GB HDD over the MSI/i3-330M/320GB HDD/

The first think, that i looking for a gaming notebook but my budget is less than $1000.

That why i confuse in choosing which notebook shall i buy.
