Toshiba Satellite A215-7413 never boots after Flash BIOS Update

A few days ago I performed flash BIOS update V.2.0 from Windows 7 Pro x64 on Toshiba Satellite A215-7413. While installing BIOS update part 8 out of 17, it did shot down and newer boot up again. I can't even get to boot up to a menew screen. The screen is black, no any activity performed, just fans are spinning.

I would really appreciate if someone can help me to fix this issue. System is out of warranty and Toshiba wants $180-499 for repair.

Try to replace the memory or jump it from the solder pads go to you tube and do a search and your problem will be solved
