Solved! Deleted hidden recovery partition

what happen if i have accidentally deleted the hidden recovery partition???

is there any solution to get back the hidden recovery partition?

what should i do?

will i have problem when i want to format my hard drive?
or
can i get back my genuine win7 after format??
(i don't have the win7 disc or any serial key because the disc doesn't comes with my laptop)

i'm using asus laptop
 
Solution

Your Win7 serial key should be on that Windows 7 Logo sticker on your laptop.
First of all I'd suggest you make yourself a Windows 7 Recovery Disk/Boot Disk before you try anything else.

Then you could make a System Image of your laptop. It's on the same backup menu you saw making your Recovery Disk.

Also check with Asus and see if you can order a Win7 DVD from them.

Unfortunately, I don't think it will be easy to repartition your hard drive unless you intend to reformat.

If you do intend to reformat / reinstall...no problem. Windows should automatically create one in the installation process. Make sure you google a guide for windows installation to see the best practices.

It's a relatively painless process...
