3D Movie jerks

We have a nice 60 inch Samsung smart TV with a blue ray player. We bought John Carter in 3D the previews play fine but when the movie starts it jumps or jerks so bad we can't watch it. We took it back to the store and it plays fine on there Samsung blue ray player? We cleaned it a couple time still won't play right. All are other 3D movies play fine, what is going on? We even tried new John Carter from the store same thing? Both played fine at the store. Any help?

Have you checked for a firmware update for your television, and BD player? As newer software comes out, the hardware manufacturers continue to release these updates to keep your equipment up to date. It seems that quite a few people have had a similar issue to yours. Most of them fixed it with a BD player update.
