I am setting up my home office and need some help with the setup. Iwill have two 32" tv's and one projector.

I would like to control the display and audio independently on each screen.

The inputs will be from a laptop, xbox, cable and some king of roku type set top box.

An example would be I would like the xbox playing on the projector, cable on one of the TV's and duplicate my laptop display on the other. All while choosing which source provides the audio.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

Assuming that you will be using HDMI for all your sources you will need a matrix HDMI switcher with at least 4 inputs and 3 outputs. The "matrix" part means that you can route any source to any combination of displays.
This is an example

If you need different input types such as VGA, DVI, component and composite video that will get much more expensive but they are available. HDMI combines audio and video where others do not so you will need audio feeds as well as video from each source and audio outputs to each TV.
