Both really, since I am a student I don't have a desktop

Games like supreme commander and fallout at good settings don't play fps on computer

Go for either the Gateway or the Acer model,both have the same specs and are better than the Toshiba one

Of the three you have listed I would get the Gateway.

Yes, I'd stick with either the gateway or acer model. Keep in mind that acer's have a tendency to experience heat related issues down the line, so maybe look into an extended warranty.
