3 year old 37in flat screen tv screen wont stay on.

Hello,
I have a Dynex LCD 37 in Color TV that I purchased from Best Buy 3 years ago. There is no damage to the tv what so ever... The power light is red when off and green when on. When I turn the TV on via remote or manually the light turns from red to green and back to red again. Can someone tell me why?

Could be a number of things, but sounds like it could be a power supply. First thing, if you aren't comfortable with opening up your television, simply call your local best buy for a service tech. If you do feel comfortable with a service manual and multitester, always check power supply voltages first. 99% of the time, if the power supply is damaged, nothing else works. Give that a shot to start with.
