Problems starting new game

Hello,I just downloaded a game for my laptop it's called twelve sky 2 by aeria games.The problem is i cant start it,[Error::mGXD.Init(3)] apears on the screen.I have avg internet security as anttivirus and windows vista home edition as operating system.What shall I do?
