Solved! Format a ACER ASPIRE ONE

My grand daughter got a virus on her computer and cannot booth up. The computer did not come with any disk. I have to format. Since it did not come with any disk will I have trouble getting it to install and booth up?

There should be a recovery partition on it that you can access as soon as you turn it on by hitting f5 or some other function key.
