Dead pixels

I've got a 32" Samsung LED TV and about 4 months ago I noticed that I have some dead pixels (dead pixels, not stuck pixels) on it. I use the TV as a monitor and the dead pixels are only spreading, a week ago I noticed that the dead pixels are now in a another part of the TV. I don't have warranty on my TV, does anyone have a idea how can i stop the spread? And does someone know how can I fix them and how much it's going to cost me? Also don't send me the pixel fix programs, because I have dead pixels not stuck pixels.

There is nothing you can do yourself without buying hardware, need to replace the screen. To replace it with parts and labor will be pretty much what a new 32" TV would cost, check ebay for the part.
