Device write speed is too slow !

My digital decoder to which a USB can be connected for recording is intermittantly popping up a window with the above message.
"Device write speed is too slow !"". The USB is 8GB G3 DataTraveler.
Any suggestions please?

USB is a pretty slow interface to use for live media recording. You can try using a faster drive maybe http/www.pendrivereviews.com/patriot-xporter-xt-boost-review-and-benchmark/#more-81
