Asus K50I-RBBGR05 vs. eMachines eME725-4520

The emachine is only 298 while the asus is 450. They seem a lot of like otherwise, i'm on a budget but wanting a laptop for school. Give me your opinion on either those two or another one that in the $3-500 price range. Oh, and i would prefer a 10-key, which those both have..

I'd spend the extra cash on the Asus if you want it to last awhile and have minimal problems during during that time.
