Tritton Ax Pro bass broken?

Hello

When I got the headset everything was working fine and I was very pleased with the overall quality. But lately I noticed that there didn't seem to be little or any bass in the music I was listening to as there were before. When I adjust the bass level during a very bass heavy song or a bass audio test, nothing changes. I can tell the difference because when I tried to go as high as possible with the bass level before, the amount got unbearable, but now there is nothing.

So is this a problem with the headset itself or software? I haven't changed any settings at all since they worked.

maybe software?? cos im pretty sure the driver will be intact, unless u have been lobbing it everywhere u went.
