What model of TV? how does you computer have an HDMI out put.

If you have a newer LG should be fine they have monitor hook ups and HDMI hook ups.

You may have to buy an extra cable. Good luck.

First plug in your HDMI input/output from comp to TV. Then ( if you have magic remote) click the home key and then put the curser on inputs, select HDMI and you should be ready to go. If you have an older model, just press the menu on the remote button and press input, and scroll to the HDMI selection.

Btw, if you have a notebook, couch /TV hook ups are way comfy.
