Does the HP USB Recovery Flash Disk Utility recover original bios?

Hello, Does the HP USB Recovery Flash Disk Utility recover original bios? I flashed it to a older per HP but it made things worse and the one I had isn't up for download. If this doesn't work, is there a way to recover it? HP has been no help.

If you know the specifics of the BIOS (i.e.. revision etc), try a google search for it. Alternatively, look on some laptop forums that cater specifically to HP laptops.
