How to enter the cmos in apple mac

You don't ;). Closest thing is the EFI (firmware).

You can enter the console by entering >console at the log in screen user part.
Or just type in console in spotlight to find it.

holding down the shift key will put you in safe boot.
Command-V will put you in verbose mode or basically show you what's going on while it's loading.

What exactly is it you are trying to do?

Guys, hi. Thanks for trying to help me. You must rember this comp is now a XP prof computer. I get to the boot options with F2, but the debugger mode is on in safe mode and I cannot get it to go to any other safe mode option. So if I scroll down to Last good configuration, it boots up, ask for my password. I logg in, then the screen comes up, I must activate windows. It then says to activate, you must shut down and boot up normal windows, but the computer stays in safe mode{debugger enabled)
