What T.V. Tuner Card should I get?

Hi all, I'm a noob at this "watching tv on computer" stuff.

So, I have digital tv (receive my channels from an ANTENNA), and would like to put TV on my windows 7 machine (windows media center).

My specs:

Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit
4 gb ram (3.1 gb usable)
Pentium 4 3.2 ghz w/ hyperthreading processor
DVD-RW Drive
NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS (PCI Version)
380W Antec Earthwatts Power Supply
160 gb Maxtor HD (250 gb external HD)

Internet: AT&T DSL Express

I'm looking for a TV Tuner card that's inexpensive (around $30), will fit in a PCI (READ: PCI) slot, outputs standard (not HD) picture, and works with Windows 7. Is there one that fits the bill?

Also, is this the only piece of equipment I'll need to be able to watch TV on my computer?

No. That TV Tuner won't work for you.

Basically, there are three types of TV signals:

1) NTSC - This is the now defunct analog, over-the-air signal
2) ATSC - This is the current digital, over-the-air signal
3) QAM - This is what cable providers use.

I can't find anything in your price range, but keep checking E-Bay. Make sure the specs of the card say ATSC tuner.
