how can i reboot my acer mini laptop if it doesn't have a cd driver.

Reboot? Do you mean restore the factory settings? To do that, you have to access to recovery partition by hitting f5 or some other function key at boot up (at the splash screen).

If you have an external CD/DVD drive or a USB flash drive, you can boot through the USB by going into the BIOS.
