Solved! Acer 5534 Graphics Problem

Hi, I just recently bought a Acer 5534-5410 notebook. It works well most of the time but some times there is a problem related to the graphics card. When i run directx diagnostic tool , it gives a error message saying "problem getting extra display info". It also shows that
"Direct3D Acceleration: Not Available." while DirectDraw Acceleration and AGP texture Acceleration are enabled.
Due to this problem video cannot be displayed nor the pictures will load/displayed. other things are fine. I also installed latest drivers from the ATi's site but no solutions at all. Can anyone help me?
My Notebook Configuration:
Acer Aspire 5534-5410
AMD athlon 64 TF-20 1.66Ghz
3 GB DDR2 667MHz RAM
250 GB Hard Disk
Integrated Graphics Raedon 3200
AMD 780G chipset

Have you checked to see if hardware acceleration is enabled?

No, there is no option to either enable nor disable it . It is just greyed out.

Solved it! it was just a problem related with power options. i got the solution from this link
