Why does my G & H keys doesn't function when I use it?

May be time to look for a replacement keyboard -- on most model not too hard to replace yourself (with care not to break the ribbon cable or connector on the motherboard).

A lot of times its because the ribbon has wiggled out of place. You need to unscrew your keyboard and affirm that the ribbon is properly seated.
