Drivers soundblaster mp3 plus

Hello,
i need a driver for windows 7 for my creative soundblaster mp3 plus sound card.

Anyone know where I could download one, not having much luck.
all i find are the sites that want to scan my computer for drivers and I really would just like to download the driver and install it myself.

any assistance is greatly appreciated.
