I want to change asus 64bit to 32 bit.do I have any problem

No. Just install a 32-bit OS.

As frozen said, just pop the disk in and follow the directions. Shouldn't have any issues. Just make sure that you back up any programs or data you currently have on another drive, otherwise it will be lost when you install the new OS.
