Solved! My computer has been reformat from vista to windows 95

my laptop has been reformat with windows 95 when came out with vista basic and wont open files from emails sent, what is my best option?

Well if it's been formatted as you say then there's no harm in formatting it again back to vista as you've already lost all your files and stuff.
