What 3d tv should i buy?

Hi,
Im looking to buy a 3d tv and would like some advice, I have been looking for a while and im overwhlmed at the choice. I have looked in store and online.
Im writting this for advice on which tv to buy i have quite a few needs which i will list below...

1080p HD
High Hz(no lower than 100 as i wish to play games)
Under £950
3D
preferably with a well known company
freeview HD
"30-45

I have found one tv that stand out it is a 3d 1080p hd samsung "40 tv its item code is ue40d6100 and i very much like it but would also like to keep my options open (remember i want to play ps3 games on it such as cod)

I would like some advice please from anyone,

You might want to consider LG Cinema 3D.. I don't know the exact details of the model either but I do know that is a great 3D HDTV from a well known company -- LG.
It has a wide viewing angle and passive 3D glasses so lots of people can enjoy the 3D effects. Four pairs of glasses are included and they're easy to replace or get more of. As I know it, it's cheaper than Samsung models. This usually makes people wonder if the quality is lesser but it really isn't. It delivers 1080p.
