Akai 4000 ds spare parts

I am looking for the cam that is on the "Play"/"Record" switch of my Akai 4000ds. I've taken the front cover off the unit and can see that this cam has deteriorated and won't allow the pinch roller to engage the capstan. Does any one know where to find this part? I've looked on several web sites to no avail.

your best bet is to look for another 4000ds, and use it for parts.
