Gigabyte G41M-es2l no sound

Hi
I just changed my motherboard on Gigabyte GG41M-es2l and after format and windows 7 installation I have no sound! i installed the newest drivers and tried the drivers from the cd i got with the MB but still nothing.
When i plug in my headphones nothing happens, no reaction at all. All i see in the output devices is the Realtek digital output and the speakers are grayed out.
Please Help me

Try posting this in the windows 7 forum.
Try updating the bios on your motherboard.
