Toshiba Satellite A80 Keyboard Problems

Hi, any one can solve my pc problems,

1) A continue beep sound on after i press the on button.
2) Some people say was the keyboard problem, but i facing
the same problem after i had changed that key board.
3) Even i change to EXT USB Keyboard also facing the same problem.

Continuous beep sound? What's the pattern exactly? One long beep? Or a non-stop series of short beeps? You should also check your Satellite's manual. If it's any good, it provides info on what the pattern of beeps mean?

1) continuous short beep alert after i press power button.
2) problem still there even try to use ext keyboard .
