Mitsubishi dlp 3D tv problems

Hello,
Brand new Mits.65738 & Time Warner cable. Screen occasionally flashes black, then green, then back on or just black then back on. Exchanged cable box 3 times, cable techs have been out to check cables and connections, etc 6 times, upgraded HDMI cable, Mitsubishi replaced TV, and has since sent tech out to do upgrade over internet. All of this and same thing still happens. Sometimes only blacks off 2 or 3 times per day, sometimes 3 times during 30 minute show. Any ideas.
