Acer Aspire D2D and Acer Disk formatter

I have searched all day to find a link to the Acer Disk formatter. I thought perhaps it would re-create the Acer partitions necessary to put the aspire 5610 back to factory specs. The application does not see any hard drives period. D2D is enabled in the bios even tho that partition was wiped out years ago. What am I doing wrong?

Are you sure the disk formatter is compatible with your model? You should check on Acer's website.

The question has not been resolved, but I did reformat the drive and install the OS and soild the system in the paper.
