tv wont turn on even tho its clicking and sounds like its trying to turn on

There is something wrong with the internal circuitry. Take the unit to the repair center.

That is a VERY common problem. I had it happen to my Samsung too. The capacitors on the motherboard need to be replaced. Samsung will replace them for free if your TV falls within a certain build time-frame. Mine was NOT covered. It cost ~$200 to fix out of pocket, but you can do it yourself for about $30 if you know how to solder.

Call Samsungs support # to find out if your TV is covered.
