if it starts up it gose to safe mode safe mo networking or comm prompt or start win normally but it gose to the same window and it saes multi 0 disk 1 windows systen32 drivers class pnp disk sys over and over

Ok, when the options appear onscreen for safe mode, etc. do you choose safemode? Do you make any choice at all?

You should attempt to start windows normally or last known good configuration. If that doesn't work, you may have a problem with your operating system. It sounds like it will not boot into safe mode, so you may have some serious issues.
