NOTE: Cross-posted to Physics Forums for better exposure.

I'm designing a little switch box to wire up a PS3's RCA cables into a 5.1 system that uses 3 3.5mm stereo inputs from my PC, but I'm having a hard time finding naked female connectors (i.e. Just the metal jack) - all the ones I can find have huge rubber or plastic things with stress relief. These are just going into a Radioshack project box, so I don't want that stuff.

I don't know enough about the different types to find what I'm looking for on Digikey, but if someone can point me in the right direction, that would be greatly appreciated.

Need:

6x 3.5mm stereo female
2x RCA female

This digi-key search page should be what you want, if you truly mean female (I can' think of how a female jack would have a stress-reliever)

I searched for panel-mount jacks, so they all have a nut on the front to secure them (rather than counting on being soldered to a rigid board)

Here is the page for the RCA jacks:
http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Selection

Remember when soldering these to keep them tipped so that the solder doesn't flow into the jack, or you won't be able to get the plug in.

Good luck with the project!

Sorry, I see that the URL that I pulled for the second one doesn't work. Enter this search term into their bar and hit see pages when the results pop up:
