My price range is maximum $950 with warranty. I'm looking for a decent laptop that can at least play new games in low settings and can handle web browsing and not too much intense work. At the moment i'm looking at this sager note book.

Look familiar ?

Clevo is the ODM for both Pro-star and Sager

here's an alternate to consider w/ ATI 4850 which should be better for gaming methinks and saves a few bucks ($918):

Can't say enough about pro-Star's support .... I work with Wesley at ProStar (bought my 6th from him about a year ago) .... tell him I said Hi :)

I'm probably gonna go for the one with the ATI 4850, amazing price and easily customizable. Do you recommend me getting the IC diamond thermal compound. ie. Will it decrease the chance of overheating?

Thanks for your inputs.

Um.... your link takes me to a laptop that has an HD 4650, not a 4850. The 4650 will still be a good deal better than the G 105M in the OP's laptop, but still not as good as the HD 4850. Just wanted to make sure the OP new what he was actually getting.

Sager's are normally very good, but that model actually isn't a Sager/Clevo. The KHLB2 is a Compal made unit and I can't really vouch for their quality.
