I am trying to download pics from my easy share Kodak Digital camera into my Toshiba Windows Vista laptop. Somehow I am no longer able to do it. When I connect the camera to my computer is says "USB device not recognized" Somewhere along the line I've lost the ability to download from my camera. Can you please advise. Anna Marie

That cable is not designed for constant plug in and unplug. Probably the connector has gone bad. You can insert the memory card into a card reader and then connect the card reader to a computer.
