Direct Tv receiver repair Canada

Hello,
I have direct Tv i Am Canadian : my receiver says signal OK Tunning OK BUT it won't lock the signal.It is like a Big storm Cloud interferring but there isn't one , I have a broken delayed picture due to the signal not locking. I have tried my second receiver on the same dish all is well, works great , so I know the dish is ok and the cables, Any ideas is there any one who repairs theses receivers?

Sounds like you have low signal strength or are looking through the trees.
Look up the manufacturers web site.(should point you to authorized repair)
If best buy sells it, see where they send em.
