I would like to do something unusual:
I would like to merge 3.5mm TRS (stereo) audio into an RJ11 phone connector; to enable listening of audio while on phone calls or when phone calls are not active. Is there any way to do this?
The only thing I have seen available is the Omnicron MOD-SC converter (RJ11 jack to 3.5mm mono).

You need to be a bit careful when connecting an audio output into the phone line. There's DC voltage on the line for the ringer. I suspect the phone company will send you a big bill if they find you've affected the network by attaching unapproved equipment.

LOL. No I'm not trying to ruin my phone system... although my idea just might do that. I just want to take a few audio outputs from my computers and mix them in with my wireless phone headset that is connected to my phone line. I guess this idea is not possible? It seems like I should be able to do this, as I am not adding a signal to the phone line but a merged signal to the headset only. There has got to be a way to do this.
