Help Me Pick A Pocket Camcorder

Need some advice on a pocket camcorder:

It's a gift for someone. Id' like to keep it under $200. I have no idea what's out there so I'm open to any suggestions.

Tell me what you own and how good it is.

I know a Sony digital camera which is 14px and has good features. It is waterproof, Would work in snow, can take good landscape pictures. I Forgot the remaining features. Please search for the name of the model alone. I'm sure it is within $200.

There are two Sony and two Panasonic models listed in that post. I just checked the links and the two Panasonic models have been discontinued.
The Panasonic HC-V100 has been replaced by the HC-V110 (http/www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/910277-REG/panasonic_hc_v110k_hc_v110_full_hd_camcorder.html)
The Canon VIXIA HF R400 Full HD Camcorder might be another one to consider (http/www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/909788-REG/Canon_8155b004_VIXIA_HF_R400_Full.html)
All the ones mentioned are under $200.

Edit: I should have read the post more carefully. Not sure any of those qualify as pocket camcorders though they are small.
