What's the main difference between the Canon T2i / 550d , the Canon T3i / 600d, and the Canon 60d ?

The T3i has the AGC FIX and pop out lcd that the T2i doesnt.
All three cameras have the same CMOS sensor chip = same video and photo quality

Besides that whats the difference in these three camera?

The difference between the T3i and the T2i is that the T3i seems to be more video focused. I don't think you would find a notable difference in still images, but if you like taking videos going for the T3i might prove useful.

I can't help you with the 60D though.
