Sharp aquos computer monitor as tv

Hello, i have a sharp aquos but i cannot connect it to cable i am using a humax box to connect it to cabletv. the tv doesnt have all the plugs needed it only has DVI-D port nd HDMI that it, is that possible . i am totally lost can anyone help me?

you purchase the appropriate PCI tuner card for your computer, you plug the card in. The card needs to have HDMI output.
The human box won't work for that.
