Hello,
i cant get my m530 easyshare camera to share to facebook. Seem to be following the instructions only where it said for first time users there would be step by step instructions there wasnt!

Maybe you should try plugging the memory card into a USB card reader so that the Kodak software doesn't load automatically when you connect the camera. That way you'll be able to move photo files to Facebook from the card (or at least to a folder on your computer and thence to Facebook). USB memory card reader shouldn't cost more than a few dollars.

The problem with the Kodak approach is that it shields users from the normal procedures for transferring photo files from their camera to the computer (which is hardly rocket science) and is less flexible than you need when tackling things like Facebook picture transfers.

You may also find that the second option within Facebook for uploading photos works rather better for you than the first.
